These retreats focus on building community among your team members, providing inspired yet practical business applications, and creating effective product experiences. Key topics include creating the right Mindset, developing the right Skillset, and utilizing your full Toolset.
Who Should Host a Builder Retreat?
Any leader who is actively committed to personal growth and the development of their team. Ideal hosts are those focused on strengthening the skillsets, mindsets, and toolsets of their builders and sharers, while also fostering a deeper sense of community within the team.
While corporate support may not be available for every Builder Retreat, helpful assets and best practices will be accessible on the DMK for anyone interested in organizing their own retreat.

Corporate support is available for a limited number of Builder Retreats and will be granted based on listed requirements and the timing of application submissions.
Requirements to host a Corporate Supported Builder Retreat

Gold+ Leaders that have hit Gold or above once in 2025

Actively engaged (focused on personal and team growth)

Willing to submit team Growth Plan summary (we can assist with this!)

Willing to participate in a post-retreat 12-week Growth Journey

20 – 50 confirmed attendees (Attendees can be confirmed after being approved for an event, but please share the anticipated attendees when filling out your application)

Open to pursuing the Path to $500 and Foundational Wellness within their team
